Overall my stay was great. Lovely weather during our stay, outstanding views, good food. Me and my family enjoyed.
Unfortunately Athina Palace Resort is far from 5 star hotel. So many details been far from good or perfect. We had late check in and previously I’ve informed hotel about that and asked for any possible late dinner. They said yes and when we arrived they offered us cold platters. It wasn’t fresh and it was tasteless plus all table cutlery was super dirty and on top of that dirty and broken glass.. No one even apologised. First impression was terrible. This hotel has huge problem with cleanliness. Plates, cutlery and glassware always very dirty in the main restaurants. Room cleaning also can be way better. Staff in the hotel especially in the restaurant are not friendly. Hospitality in this hotel is far from 5 star hotel. Overall hotel is good but they need improvement in customer relations and service.

Very nice view from the hotel, it is very clean, has everything you would ever need. Food is fresh and there is lot to choose from, also tasty. Rooms are cleand every day with a lot of care. There is a minibus to the beach. The hotel facilities are clean. The staff are kind and also funny.
When we were staying there were some french groups and they were very loud, they always did their games and animation programs in lunch and dinner time, and it was very loud, and it can be very annoying after a while. Also, all the animaton are in french there is no english for others. I think the hotel is a TUI partner and they have an agreement or something, but come on, respect the others who are don't understand a word and just want to relax or eat, and at least have some animation programs in english if it is listed in the all inclusive information sheet.

Location was amazing and the views from the room was great
Food. Repetitive. Literally same food every day. Not much of dessert collection. Very boring. Sometimes you can see leftover lunch in the dinner buffet as well. There is no entertainment team. They cater for only small group. Not hotel wide. Entertainment for kids nil
