Lovely and attentive staff. Very clean and luxury hotel

The staff were extremely friendly and always willing to help. There are plenty of pools and sunbeds to choose from, and the snack bars are excellent, especially the crepe station. There is also a great variety of drinks available.
The food was not as good as we expected. We tried almost all of the restaurants, and most were mediocre at best, with the Asian restaurant being particularly disappointing. The main buffet was generally the best option for most meals. Although there are plenty of sunbeds, there is no real enforcement against guests reserving them with towels for the entire day without actually using them. The beach is very close, but the entrance to the sea is not very comfortable, so it is better suited for relaxing on the beach than swimming. Overall, the hotel is very clean, although a few areas in our room could have been cleaned more thoroughly.

The property was clean and well laid out.
The bathroom needs a major overhaul. They are looking tired. No need for a bath tub and installing it with a large walk-in shower with an overhead shower.

The building external and internal reception areas are stunning.
We have visited 6 times now, we booked 12 months in advance, booking.com put us directly in touch with the hotel to discuss our room preference, we had numerous conversations with them, then on arrival they allocated us a room overlooking the car park miles away from the area we had agreed, their excuse was… you should have booked directly instead of going through booking.com, we eventually received a better room in the we had specified but by now we were both so upset by their attitude that it spoiled our holiday. Having been to this hotel many times we were very disappointed at the main dining room food and also the guest bathrooms are ready for renovations.
