Le personnel le calme
J’avais réservé une chambre avec piscine privée vue mer, je n’ai vu que des arbres j’ai demandé un changement, on m’a dit que l’hôtel était plein de revenir dans deux jours … aucune solution a été trouvée… J’avais également réservé une chambre avec jacuzzi sur le balcon avec vue mer pour mes filles pareil après réclamation au bout de deux jours, on m’a changé de chambre au moins pour elles.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, and the food was of good quality. The retreat area, especially the reception and bathrooms, was immaculate and pleasantly scented. It seemed that most of the facilities were new or recently refurbished. The hotel was beautiful.
My daughter had a facial and massage at the wellness Spa, and it was better than I expected. I literally fell asleep, which is quite unusual for me.
I booked a sea view room, and I was very particular about this because it was important to me. I chose to pay extra for a full sea view instead of a partial view one when that was offered on the booking platform. However, upon arrival, the reception team offered me a different room, presenting it as an upgrade. In reality, it was a garden view room, located right at the entrance of the hotel the busiest area. People frequently walked by or stood near our space, looking in as we tried to sit in the garden, which felt very uncomfortable.
I requested a room change and was told it would take three days before anything became available. When I returned on the third day, I was offered an even worse room again, garden-facing, right next to the reception elevators. It was extremely disappointing and completely ruined what was meant to be our first holiday after a traumatic loss for our family.
Additionally, the staff in the dining room were not friendly. There was rarely a welcoming smile when approaching, and on several occasions, they stepped in front of guests waiting in the buffet line to clean the serving area. While I appreciate the high hygiene standards, guest experience and warmth should not be compromised in the process.
The front of the hotel has only stairs, no ramp or wheelchair access I could see, so you have to lug your suitcases up and down the stairs with no help offered by any of the staff.
