The location was beautiful and on the edge of the village. The views are stunning and the facilities fantastic. We were welcomed by a fun and friendly receptionist with 2 dogs and provided with all necessary information there and then.
There were no negatives as such. We had everything we needed in the room, it was a little dusty in places and a couple more coffee pods would have been perfect.

We enjoyed the beautiful landscape of Tirol and the hotel pool. Overall our room was fine and comfortable aside from a few design flaws that were a bit of a nuisance. Overall breakfast was pleasant and had o decent options. We went in the off season so there wasn’t much to do without driving but we knew that. I’m sure it’s more lovely in the summer and winter seasons.
Unfortunately we did feel there seemed to be a general lack of care for the hotel itself. Many areas were in need of cleaning/organizing and updates such as paint or fixing problems. Additionally there was a very strong sewage smell in the basement play area which prohibited us from using that space. We’re fairly certain it was raw sewage issue. Additionally, the cost of dinner was very high for the mediocre quality of food. It cost €30 per adult and €15 for kids 7 and up. This does not include drinks so you spend over €100 for a family of four and there was only two, maybe three entree options. It was not worth the cost in my opinion.
