Mooie, ruime kamer, netjes, mooie badkamer en mooi uitzicht via het terras. Goed bed, lekker ontbijt en ook niet te ver bij Fiss vandaan.

Ein sehr schönes und mit sehr viel Details und Geschmack dekoriert. Das Frühstücksbuffet war hervorragend: alles frisch gemacht. Große Auswahl an Käse, Wurst, Früchte und Getränke. Absolut keinen Grund über irgendetwas zu meckern!! Die Zimmer waren sehr großräumig mit einem großen Balkon, wo man sich ausruhen kann (siehe Kommentare über Sauna unten). Die Badezimmer waren OK, eventuell etwas eng, aber es ging. Die gesamte Anlage war insgesamt sehr sauber und sehr gut gepflegt. Wir hatten auch einen überdachten Parkplatz, wo der Wagen eine Woche lang sicher stehen konnte. Das Hotel liegt in eine sehr ruhige Straße, ca. 7-8Min zu Fuß von den Gondeln zu Fiss. Innen Sauna-Bereich sah sehr neu aus mit einen tollen Blick auf die Berge (es gibt 2 Saunas).
Die 2 Saunas sind an sich super schön...drinnen. Zur Infos: die Saunas befinden sich ganz oben vom Hotel, auf die Dachterrasse sozusagen... mit gewaltigem Blick auf die Alpen. Aber leider keinen Ruheraum!! Man kann kurz draußen gehen, aber das war's auch. D.h. wer sich gern nach der Sauna in Ruhe abkühlen will, fällt dabei etwas kurz.

The hotel's cleanliness is absolutely impeccable, the facilities are very comfortable and high-quality, the location is excellent, furthermore the place is quiet and peaceful. You can truly relax after a long and active day.
Very high price for a doggy, in my opinion. Usually, I'd paid much less or nothing at all but maybe this is standard price for a dog in Austria. I don't know, it was the only surprise for me.

Location (nice view, near the cable car), apartment amenities and cleanliness upon arrival
To expensive for what it offers. Children play area to small and severly lacking with content, no jacuzzi or pool (hotels with similar price in the same city offer all of these amenities), apartments are not cleaned by the hotel during the stay. Only in the middle of the stay you can throw dirty towels for washing. I was told bed sheets are cleaned every 2 weeks (if the stay is that long). They accept only cash for the drinks taken from the fridge. In case of card you have to pay 5% more. You are being watched during breakfast by the staff to not take anything with you outside the dinning area. The boss “politely” warns you (in public) only after you made the mistake of taking a few muffins or fruits for the kids. The staff spy does not warn you immediatelly when the see you making that mistake, they only snitch to the boss. There are signs around the hotel regarding all these issues, be careful to read everthing.
