Clean and comfortable family room. The staff were very friendly and well-organised. The hostel itself has a nice vibe to it, with a good mix of families and student-type travellers. The location is excellent for seeing the city. Breakfast was simple (bread or porridge) but plentiful. Parking worked very well.
The bunk beds are a little on the small side if you are travelling with larger than normal kids. Our son is 1,90m and the bed was quite a squeeze for him. You're in the middle of the city, so if the windows are open it's quite noisy, but with closed widows you hear hardly anything.

Clean bathrooms and beds, plus beds had a curtain so felt private. Was happily surprised by how good the breakfast was!
Many guests were there to do tours that left from the hostel so everyone was fairly quiet and respectful at night.
