The staff were incredibly friendly and super accommodating to any recommendations. Belgium Tom was my absolute favourite staff member and made the experience go above and beyond. He made you feel welcome from the moment you got there. 10/10
Breakfast was great and I loved hanging out in the common area, great place to make new friends and chat about your day.
My only negative is the lack of plugs in the bathroom.

Convenient location, nice staff, well equipped bunks with power plugs, lights and privacy curtains. Good breakfast. Multiple toilets and showers within an ensuite bathroom in the mixed dorm.
No elevator which is a bit inconvenient if you get a room on the top floor and carry heavy luggage, but staff offers to help with carrying which is nice.

• Super convenient location—right across from the train station.
• Shared bathrooms were very clean, staff cleaned them every hour.
• Breakfast was basic but included, which is nice.
• Staff are often described as very friendly, but I didn’t really feel that myself.
• WiFi didn’t work during my two-night stay, so I had to rely on data.
• Beds are quite small, and if you choose the bottom bunk you can’t sit up without hitting your head.
