The shower in one of the rooms posed electrical shock risk, so we only used the one in another room.

The staff and coca tea station are really great. The hotel is nicely located with a short walk to one of the main squares and also the lakeside.
The hotel provides a heater on request but only operates it between 6 and 11pm. It shuts off after that. Luckily there are warm blankets on the bed so it doesn't get too cold.

I stayed here for 4 nights. The hotel was located close to the town center and up a steep hill. The staff were friendly and helpful.
My room was absolutely freezing especially at nights. The advertised heating lasts from 6:30pm to 10pm ONLY, I woke up in a freezing room every morning. Only one plug worked in my room and every time I plugged my laptop, sparks flew out of the plug. Very noisy place, people slamming doors all night and staff start making noise as early as 6:30am. Very weak internet connection constantly going up and down.
