Perfect location to where I needed to be the next day, more affordable for my family than most places we’ve been staying lately and it was nice throughout the property.
The front door was quite hard to unlock. And being the first room by the door people were banging on it trying to get in. And also SLAMMING it shut. Also, I had to open the door to get in and out of the showers as there was just not enough room to change. Other than that it was perfect for my family and im I :)

Good location, an easy ten minute walk down to Fortitude Valley. Good shower - plenty of hot water.
The rooms are very dated and need a bit of work to modernise them and make them more appealing. But, if you just want a base and don't plan to spend much time in your room, then it's fine.
