The hotel was thoughtfully and beautifully decorated. The staff were wonderful, so helpful. Breakfast was fantastic.
The shower in our room was tiny! We managed but people who are over weight would really struggle. It also leaked all over the bathroom floor.

This place was clean, centrally located and the breakfast was amazing! the access to the mall was a nice touch as was the piano playing in the lounge during the day. Well done!

La ubicacion es perfecta si quieres vitrinear en rosebank y comer en el area
La habitacion es espaciosa y se agradecen las amenities como los macarrones y chocolates
Camas amplias, almohadas comodas, sabanas suaves
Reserve un taxi que se confirmo por correo, pero llegó una hora y medio tarde. La recepcionista me insistia que el driver de estaba en el aeropuerto al teléfono, y el conductor al llegar me confirmo que estaba en Pretoria, lo cual está muy mal. Además nos cobraron ese viaje y en compensacion nos dieron un vino.
El agua de la Tina inicialmente salia cafe, muy mal rato
En la mañana en la zona del restaurant, muy temprano subieron muchísimo el ruido de la Musica lo que nos desperto (a las 6:30 am). El ruido se prolongo por varios minutos (estábamos en el 5 piso, y el restaurant está en el 4)
