Very pleasant and informative staff member at the desk. Plenty of parking and plenty of room to turn around. The room was very clean and tidy. The shower was amazing, plenty of pressure. The bed was very comfortable and the air-conditioning was turned on before we went inside, to warm the room, which was very much appreciated. Lovely touch. There was an excellent mini-bar, well stocked and reasonably priced.
There was no restaurant. Despite my checking if there would be on the night, their offer was in-room service, which was okay, but not the original offer. Luckily, there was an excellent Indian restaurant next door, and so we dined there. Very good food indeed!! The room lacked any adornment, very plain! The TV was a nightmare to navigate the controls. Dubbo is expensive to stay. I thought this room was in need of a re-vamp to justify the charge.
