The hotel was very nice and the restaurant had great food and amazing service and the special cocktails at the bar were excellent! The service was 5+stars!

Restaurant is a relatively upscale lunch and dinner restaurant with a very nice breakfast buffet.
We had to wait on rooms to be cleaned before checking in but that was very understandable because they were booked to near capacity the night before.

It was a nice room and from all I could judge in one night also clean.
The personnel wasn’t very friendly. Especially the Check in lady and the lady in the restaurant on the 5th floor. At first she was nice and when we paid, I had a feeling she wasn’t happy with our tip (which was more than enough) and then just turned around and didn’t even say good bye or thank you for visiting, anything at all (very rude behavior) considering we were the only ones eating there. The shower was whistling very annoyingly loud and all in all the views weren’t really nice. It was ok but for 5 stars not to the usual standard you would expect.
