I liked the breakfast very much, even though we were not able to enjoy it fully as we had to check out very early. The staff was nice enough to let us in 5 minutes before opening so we could get some thing before we left.
I did not like that we had to stand in a long line for quite a while to get checked in. I did not like that no one took us to our room. We didn't know how to get to our room floor on the elevator.

Attractions on the 62nd floor were not in operation There were sign and descriptions of these areas in the hotel but trhey were closed

The location
I was very disappointed on the night of check in guests stood for hours in the line to be checked in because staff called in sick. After traveling especially with small kids people were very disgruntled.Slow check in and no apologies from staff or management for the long wait. The hotels rooms are lovely but the housekeeping staff need to take a bit more to dust and mop the floor properly. I lay on a bed for days with dust all over the bed head, which appeared to have been there for months. The floor was filthy and not mopped properly. I provided evidence to Management at the front desk. The food was specifically made for one category of people as it was the same thing every morning. Not everyone eat eggs, ham sausages. The staff was very friendly in the dining room especially the two beautiful young ladies in AS2 dining room. They did everything possible to accommodate my requests for hot tea and order to pay for something other than what was served every morning. One is the Manager and the tall young lady who asked for the room number. In my travels back home I seem to have lost the paper with their names but I took pictures with them. The epitome of great customer service. The location is a plus and a great hotel but service delivery need to be of a better standard. Filthy rooms are unacceptable.
