Il sistema di check in automatico è estremamente comoda e veloce, il personale si è dimostrato fin da subito disponibile e cordiale: siamo stati contattati su Whatsapp e abbiamo fornito tutti i dati necessari, non ci sono stati intoppi.
La stanza era molto curata, abbiamo apprezzato molto le bottigliette d’acqua lasciate in omaggio, è stato un pensiero molto carino.
Le finestre non hanno delle tende molto coprenti ma c’è la possibilità di abbassare la serranda.
La posizione è ottima e con 20 minuti si è al centro
Al nostro arrivo nella stanza c’era un po’ di puzza, come di cibo per gatti, ma nulla che una finestra aperta e un po’ di ventilazione non abbia potuto sistemare. La camera affaccia su un parcheggio ed essendo al piano terra potrebbe non esserci tutta questa privacy, ma nulla di infattibile.
La ventola del bagno è molto rumorosa.

Clean, nice apartment. Bus stop to city centre very close to the apartment.
Bathroom was private but not in the room. Kitchen didn’t have a sink.

Conveniently located next to a bus stop, very, very clean—special thanks to the housekeeper who always keeps everything spotless. Snow-white towels and bedding. Beautiful and cozy.
There were no glass cups or wine glasses, and I didn't like drinking wine from plastic cups in Italy. There are also no knives for cutting or spoons and forks, which is inconvenient when you want to have a snack or breakfast. It’s also unclear why there’s a tax of 3.5 euros per person per night (the tax for a 4-star hotel in Verona, as required by law).
