Clean and a good size
Smelt of smoke and location from the centre - much further than initially thought - felt unsafe travelling back on the bus as a solo female

Samanta was incredibly responsive and helpful when I broke my phone and asked her to resend the check-in information to an alternate number. She completely understood the situation and quickly answered all my questions. Due to roadblocks, we didn't arrive at the property until 3 AM, but Giovanni welcomed us with a huge smile and gave us a full tour. He didn't show the slightest bit of discomfort despite the late hour. Both of them made our stay truly pleasant. As a bonus, there is plenty of parking space protected by 24-hour CCTV.

Arrivée autonome besoin de personne pour s’installer et d’accéder à notre chambre.
Dès que le personnel est arrivé ils nous ont demandé si on avait besoin d’autre chose, ils ont été très bien.
Climatisation dans la chambre parking privé et spacieux, nous avions une voiture et une remorque et aucun souci de stationnement.

Que era amplio y está en zona tranquila
Las instalaciones les faltan mantenimiento(el duchador funcionaba mal, la mampara echaba agua para afuera tenía moho en las juntas y otros detalles), el apartamento tenía olor a humedad, el suelo estaba sucio con muchos pelos de otras personas. El trapo del fregadero olía a podrido.
