Het personeel was uitermate vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Daarnaast was het ontbijt uitgebreid en keurig verzorgt.
De kamers zijn enigszins gedateerd en kunnen een renovatie gebruiken.

Hotel odličan , prostran , soba takođe prostrana , doručak odličan
Čitavo vrijeme boravka (2 noći) je lavabo u kupatilu bio začepljen , kako smo došli kasno prijavio sam odmah ujutro , ali ništa za vrijeme našeg boravka nije riješeno ?!?!?! .Naravno da je umivanje i pranje zuba u tuš kabini pokvarilo utisak o hotelu , a bukvalno je sve drugo bilo odlično.

Airco die veel geluid maakte terwijl die niet aan stond en dat de hele nacht door mensen die je hoort praten door een ventilatie rooster

Lage neben Autobahn, allerdings weit weg von Verona. Parkplatz
Die versprochene Shuttlebusfahrt gibt es nicht und sie haben auch keine Lust das auf der Homepage oder Booking zu ändern, da ja alle deswegen kommen. Unser Bad fiel halb auseinander und der Kühlschrank war kaputt. Die Lampenschirme waren fleckig und ein Club ist in der Nähe,so dass man den Bass bis morgens hört.

Cheiro a cigarro que por vezes vinha da casa de banho. Alguma dificuldade em controlar o ar condicionado do quarto.

Ubicazione e vicinanza all’autostrada
Eravamo due famiglie con 3 stanze ed in tutte c’era puzza di fumo che nn andava via nemmeno ventilando. Nei bagni la puzza era ancora più fastidiosa ed gli stessi bagni hanno una pessima aspirazione.

Café da manhã muito bom. Chegamos à noite, praticamente na hora que o restaurante fecharia, mas eles nos atenderam mesmo assim, com muita cordialidade. Quartos espaçosos.
um pouco afastado do centro de Verona, mas como estávamos de carro, isto não foi um problema.

very nice interior, but rooms do need some updating and the smell was not so pleasant. hard to get rid of it in the room. However, the staff was very nice and attentive, big breakfast and free parking and also big note that they are pet friendly which in my book is 10/10!

I absolutely love the hotel. The room, the services of the staff, facilities, and the cleanliness are superb. Also, they provided us a free shuttle bus (aller route tour) to visit the old city.
