The location is incredible - literally 2 minutes walk from the arena which was especially nice coming home after a late opera.
The apartment was well equipped and clean and the arrival instructions were so clear, they covered everything.

The location couldn’t get anymore perfect. Communication was great, it was clean and comfortable. I would certainly stay here again
Scaffolding was blocking the views but it’s a very old building and I understand the need to maintain it. they did communicate this with us prior and so it didn’t spoil our holiday at all.

Fantastic location, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen
Entry instructions could have been a bit clearer eg ‘’use the small key to open the gate and then the larger key to open the door on your right’’

It was clean and the location was very good.
There were no instructions for anything. We could not work the washing machine, there was no hot water when we arrived and we had to find the boiler and switch it on. There was no bath mat in the bathroom ( though we found one in a cupboard). There was no drying up cloth and although the information supplied said tea was provided there was none.
