The staff!! You literally won’t find a hotel of this level with better staff. Pretty much 5* level…they are unbelievable! The rooms were really well thought through, air con, fridge, great showers, clean, amazing bed and choice of pillows. For the money, it’s exceptional. Oh, and parking underground on site was a complete bonus! Excellently run hotel.
Nothing - the hotel was great. A really good choice. Bus service in to the town within 3-5 minutes outside the hotel (opposite side of the road). One thing, maybe a better choice for breakfast with people with intolerances but a minor detail.

1. Staff. All staff were helpful (all spoke English) and efficient. We would especially commend Marta, who we saw more often, for her attentiveness and friendliness.
2. Location. Although the hotel is a little out of town
( good 30 minute walk). There is a bus stop right outside the hotel door with a regular service.
3. Ambiance. This is a small family run hotel with a lovely terraced area in which to sit and have a drink or coffee.

Staff was very friendly and breakfast was very nice.
Shower was too slippery and a little bit dirty. It seemed as though the shower was too close to the toilet seat.

Excellent breakfast and good location.
Hard to find buses to return from the center of Verona.
