Buen desayuno, primero te traen el desayuno del chef (que sólo lo acepté el primer día) y después a la carta. La habitación ... muy muy grande y la decoración impresionante. La localización magnífica a 2 min. a pie de la principal plaza de la ciudad. El personal muy atento y dispuesto a ayudar y hacer la estancia más agradable.
No me gustó que "BOOKING" me diera una dirección del hotel equivocada (6 Via San Salvatore Vecchio, Centro histórico de Verona, 37121 Verona, Italia) siendo la real: Via Carlo Cattaneo 26 A, 37121 Verona, con las consiguientes complicaciones al taxista y susto e incomprensión por nuestra parte ( a las 3:30 hrs de la madrugada por retraso del avión).
No me gustó de la habitación la insonorización. De noche y madrugada se escuchan todos los coches que pasan por debajo de la ventana y las personas que hablan en el exterior. La oscuridad también faltaba en la habitación.
