ARENA D'INTORNO LUXURY e SUITES

We were in Room 4 and it was simply fantastic. Immaculate, with wonderful details and plenty of nice decorations. There is also plenty of space to store your belongings, a fridge and a small safe. You are not in a touch-and-go accommodation. Your hosts do everything to make you feel welcome..

The location is good. The staff was pleasant on the phone, however we never met them. The facilities were very clean and tidy, although tight due to the 3rd bed.

We were not expecting the bathroom to be disconnected from our room. That was very inconvenient - especiallly not knowing if there was someone in the room next to us. The entry from the street was frustrating - the over-the-phone check-in was awkward. Access to the facilities was difficult - even after having FOUR keys to track. That in itself is excessive. We got locked inside the apartment. If there was a fire, I am convinced we would have died. The digital remote locking system was very frustrating and not being able to leave on time was unpleasant. The temporary lighting inside the apartment common areas was extremely frustrating. As we tried to plan our days with our friends, the lights kept turning off leaving zero light. We had to hunt in the dark for light switches. The rooms' windows are very thin. We were awakened every morning at 5AM with sanitation workers slamming their equipment on the street. It sounded like they were banging on our windows. The defuser smells were too intense. They gave my wife headaches every night. The pillows were uncomfortable.
