Location was excellent - away from the heavy crowds but close enough to access main square with an easy walk. Hosts were fantastic.

The friendly helpful staff. Even gave us cushions for the Arena and happily helped us with bus information. Room was spotless and bed comfortable
No water in the room but it could be purchased from the hotel bar

The room was very clean and comfortable. Lots of choice in buffet breakfast, including delicious pastries. The hotel has lots of traditional character. The hosts were so friendly and helpful, making great suggestions to make our stay special. We felt so welcome.

We enjoyed the proximity from the train station mostly
The mattress was hard, flat and no more than 5” thick and it was low to the ground. The air conditioning isn’t cold, it’s semi-cool but turned off a couple of time unexpectedly.
