Location, cleanliness, quality, excellent staff and services. Very helpful and cheerful.
Pillars a little hard but that’s a person preference and not pointed at the hotel. If I had ask for others it would not have been a bother.

Very central and managed our car no problem.
Tired rooms. One lift for multiple guests which is tiny and frankly was absurd.
