The location on Piazza Erne is superb
Sited in a traditional older Verona property, initial access to reception on the first floor is via stairs. Could be challenging if someone is older or frail.

The location was excellent, right in the heart of the beautiful City of Verona. Taxi rank right outside, good value for money and free breakfast. There was a balcony overlooking the Piazza Erbe so had the morning coffee there watching the market and listening to the church bells, (see the photo).
The reception is on the first floor so had to drag the bags up, but the lift goes up from there so no problem.

The hotel was very well located, and staff were friendly and very helpful.
Balcony where breakfast was served was shabby - faded tablecloths and parasols. Bathroom dated and shabby.
