It was in one of the best locations in Verona, adjacent to Juliet’s balcony in the centre. The entrance and first stairs were exciting and made you want to see the accommodation.
We didn’t like sharing the sitting/dinning space or fridge with strangers, which made it more of a Bed sit type accommodation. We weren’t comfortable buying items to put in the shared fridge, so only used the small one in the room. Our soap dispenser didn’t work which was a jam jar with a pump. The shower tidy didn’t work either. But those aside, it gave what we needed, it was comfortable had Wi-Fi and communication was good. Perhaps Federico could update the place a bit?

Perfect location right in the heart of the historic centre of the city. Good air conditioning and double glazed windows make for a quiet, peaceful environment above the streets thronged with people. Very clean and well equipped. A good convenience store just around the corner.

Location was excellent 5m from the entrance to Juliet's balcony. Shops and restaurants aplenty.

Good size room with comfortable beds. Nice shower room. Good location. Surprisingly quiet.
Billed as a guest house but actually a shared apartment. Room opens directly to kitchen/reception. Basic requests (extra towel, pillow, light bulb, umbrella) either refused or met only next day by absentee owner. Many flights of stairs.
