Beautiful hotel. Very nice welcome. Reception staff stored our cases when we arrived and then they were in our room when we came back later. Welcome drink available all afternoon. Fantastic location in the centre of Verona. Only 5 minutes walk to the Arena, but very quiet room. Lots of very good value restaurants in surrounding area. Very large comfortable bed and pillows. Very nice bathroom with large shower. Quiet and efficient A/C. Excellent breakfast. Very helpful reception staff who organised our airport taxi on the morning of our departure.

The breakfast was very good - lots of gluten free options and the whole range of nuts and seeds to have with your yoghurt as I have at home. In fact loads of options for all tastes.
Our room was big with a nice outlook. Plenty of storage and comfort.
Complimentary Prosecco is a nice touch
Very helpful staff and only 5 mins from the arena if you are going to the opera.
Quiet room despite in heart of everything
Bathrobes would have been fantastic.
The hotel was on the edge of the shopping centre which we wouldn’t normally choose but it was fine, quiet and very quickly you were in the historic streets and quieter areas

The location is excellent and the hotel is beautiful. Room is good however pillows not comfortable for my liking. The English breakfast part is a little austere and could be better. It was a particularly long walk to the room from reception. The reception staff were very good and helpful ; also the service people. I recommend it.
