It was central
The courtyard was busy with tourists and it was a struggle getting g in and out the gate. The TV didn’t work and they had to come and interrupt us to fix it.

Amazing location in the centre of Verona. Beautifully furnished with everything you could need for your stay. The beds are very comfortable with lovely fine cotton bed linen. Air conditioning perfect for the current heatwave. The bathroom has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including robes, slippers, hairdryer etc.
The main lounge/kitchen area again is beautifully furnished with a very comfortable large sofa bed. Breakfast provided with a selection of bread, cheese, ham, cereal, yogurt and preserves.
The hosts have made this an extra special place to stay with everything you could need. Steffi welcomed us on arrival and made sure we had everything we needed and more. She was on hand to offer help and advice and added that extra special something that made it unforgettable.

The staff are very courteous and nice people.
I didn't realize the courtyard was a tourist trap that we would have to maneuover in and out of. Perhaps I should have researched this, I have never been to Verona before and didn't realize people were this crazy about a balcony for a fictional character. It actually made the stay unpleasant - I liked the images online and it seemed like a peaceful place to stay, but it was the opposite. Also, if you have the room that overlooks the street, it's super loud at all hours.
I booked a hotel because I wanted to have a breakfast buffet available, but didn't realize there was no reception or breakfast and that it was all refrigerated self-service.
