The location was in an excellent location close to restaurants, shops, markets and interesting sights and surprisingly quite. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Rooms were large and extremely comfortable and clean. Staff was so great, helping us retain taxis due to the location being off a Main Street. Location was awesome, right near the shopping and arena.

When I first opened the door I was a little apprehensive as you enter from a little narrow side street into some stairs. However the staff were really helpful and friendly and the room was amazing. Exceptionally clean, even the remote controls for the tv were cleaned and in a little hygiene bag. The room was huge with a large separate bathroom and living area. An additional sofa bed. The only negative was I only booked for one night, really wish I could have stopped longer. Brilliant location right in the old town of Verona with everything on your doorstep. I would definitely use this hotel on my next visit.
If I had to be really picky. Then the view from the room. It is in a smaller side street. But an acceptable trade off for the location.
