Location was good. Easy walking distance to arena. Staff were helpful and we got an unexpected upgrade. Towels and bedding were spotlessly clean and room always smelled fresh on returning
I think the finish of the rooms was a little tired noise travelled from other rooms via the extractor fan in the bathroom. Toilet seat should be replaced due to yellow fading. Shower screen was in need of replacement and could have been cleaner

We really loved the design of this hotel, the space in our room and the breakfast options which were great.
Good location for the opera but quite a long trot to the core of the old town. We also had tickets to AIDA one night and were absolutely price gouged (the rate was over doubled for that one night).

Location is good with own carpark with a rate. Amanda was very helpful for helping us with the car park as well as directing us to the town
The bed was horrible. Both the mattress was lopsided and we woke up having a headache. The support for the chairs at the dinning table already gone
