Great location with a beautifully decorated room finished to a great standard, very clean and new.
The entrance and the lift are fantastic for people with mobility issues or require wheelchair access.
Host very accommodating to our needs, gave us a choice of rooms.
- Photos were misleading as we though we were getting a kitchen. We only got a room and a bathroom. Description of rooms need updating to reflect this clearly.
- We only had 2 sets of towels although we were 4 people staying
- There was no toilet roll, so I had to go to another apartment to get some
- The room could do with a mirror and a bin (not just in the bathroom)
- There are no instructions for the A/C
- The shower and the toilet could do with fitted bars, to aid people with mobility issues

Great location and good size clean
All the taps were loose and flimsy the shower absolutely flooded the floor making it unusable.. lack of enough towels and no tea towel

Location
room was supposed to be serviced every 2 days. On second day room wasn’t serviced and texted the host - no response. Telephoned the host and advised of text that room wasn’t serviced. They advised someone would be there by 12 noon. By 2.30pm had to telephone again and they advised someone would attend within the hour. The person who attended apologised and they had come from the office to assist. Bed linen and towels replaced. Shower is a walkin and open at both ends, resulting in multiple towels having to be used to dry floor. 2 days later towels replaced bed linen wasn’t replaced, bin over flowing as not emptied on prior visit therefore had 6 days rubbish and nowhere for us to dispose of contents ourself. Day 7 was our final night, again towels replaced and bedding wasn’t changed. No cleaning of the room had been undertaken during our 7 night stay.
