The staff was very helpful and pleasant to support solving a few issues. They were very proactive in finding solutions. Breakfast as also good and the location was a very important point, linking the train station and the city center.
The room didn't have heating and it was necessary to bring that to the attention of staff, fortunately they were able to find a solution by changing the room. Also they only provided paper cups for the in-room amenities and I was expecting better than that for a 4 start hotel.

Fitness center and breakfast were good. Parking available and walkable to historic city center.
Rooms were dated and plumbing was iffy with slow drains and low pressure.

The staff were great.
Very outdated. Took forever for the room to cool down. Not close to anything in walking distance.
