Location, Room, and staff helpfulness was all amazing. I booked last minute so got a great deal.
The bed was a little uncomfortable. Also, I needed to leave early so instead of breakfast early (they could not accommodate that for me) they gave me a breakfast pack. It was really not very good at all.

Perfect location for my plans to explore Verona and take a trip to Venice.
The room was very comfortable and had everything I needed -minus some milk for a tea or coffee first thing - but I bought a small bottle of milk to keep in the fridge.
Not really didn't like but the bathroom needs a little TLC just in terms of the grout being a little old and flaky in places.
Having a little milk in the fridge on arrival would be great so I could have a coffee in the morning - I wake early (before breakfast starts).

The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was varied and delicious. However, the rooms are a bit outdated, and the soundproofing is poor, so you can easily hear noise from neighboring rooms. The area around the hotel also feels a little neglected.

Very outdated. Took forever for the room to cool down. Not close to anything in walking distance.
