Good facilities, comfortable bed, free parking and the staff were excellent.
Not sure it merits 4 stars as a hotel due to how outdated some of the decor is and the basic nature of the service. That being said it is a perfect place to access Verona from

Room was large with a balcony BIG double Bed and Modern bathroom shower looked new, Breakfast was Super wide choice with staff always replacing food when empty.
Location 10mins to Arena by bus 2 euro, or 10/12euros by taxi.
Staff were helpful and always available
Maybe a bit of soundproofing or better manners from some of the guests

The hotel room was modern with an ample sized bathroom too. Very friendly staff who checked me in and out. Very comfortable bed and pillows and the plugs charged both my phone and power bank quite quickly.
The only issue I had was that the window led onto a balcony where the window was down and to the side meaning unless I went out I couldn’t see out. However really enjoyed everything else

Staff were friendly.
Hotel is quite out dated and could do with a revamp.
Hotel is located around 3km from the city centre and not a very walkable route
