The property is very conveniently located - 10 min from the main train station and 10 minutes from Arena Di Verona. Very clean, easy access, good AC in the heat.
We liked the property. The only thing was the bathroom seat had a broken hinge.

A room+bathroom summarily equipped with Ikea-level furniture and amenities. No kettle, fridge on the hallway. No drinking glasses or cups in room. Slow responses/communication. No down filled pillows as advertised.
Quiet when no other guests in the adjacent rooms.In decent state of maintenence. OK wifi.
