The property was well maintained and very clean and the location for everything you wanted to see was perfect The staff www wonderful friendly and knowledgeable .
Just little things .The entrance with dried flowers and them on display throughout distracted from the rest of the hotel.
Paper cups in the bedroom for tea and coffee.

Recently renovated bedrooms and bathrooms are nicer than they seem online. High ceilings and subtle design choices give the feeling of luxury at a good price.
The wifi in the lobby was very poor. But, in the rooms it was fine.

A great hotel, close to the arena. The best of the three hotels I’ve stayed at in Verona.

The staff and the rooms where great
There was no wifi at all. We really needed to have connection but it was impossible. They didnt even try very hard to fix it nor offer a discount.
