This was our first stay in Verona and we couldn't have picked a better place to stay. The location is right in the middle of the historic area of Verona with everything within 15 mins of easy walking distance. During our stay we contacted our host Chriza who was so helpful offering suggestions for places to eat, explaining where the closest supermarket was if needed. Also we were allowed to extend our checkout which was so useful with us having a late afternoon flight.
Everything was great, nothing to dislike at all.

The location was excellent. The breakfast was adequate but not exceptional.
We had a problem with the safe, which on the second day didn't recognise the password we'd been using. Luckily we were able to contact your concierge who sorted it out immediately, otherwise we'd have had no cash (or credit card) available for our evening meal. After that we locked everything in a suitcase!

Excellent staff, comfortable beds, prime location with paid parking (no more expensive than public parking), great breakfast at a local cafe, fast wifi, historic building.

Location, spacious room
Noise until 11pm because of restaurant/bar below. Breakfast limited and you also need to walk to a bar for it.
