Courteous and helpful staff - special shout out to the lady who was at the breakfast service everyday. Such a pleasure to start each morning with a smiling upbeat service! The location is fantastic. It is just outside of the major attractions adjacent to Castelvecchio, walking distance to the important sites without all the noise of tourists
The hotel in general is a little bit outdated.

On arrival I was given a upgrade which was exactly the words I wanted to hear after travelling with food poisoning:) the staff was super helpful with parking and luggage and the room was perfect - big, clean, comfortable and close to everything. I look forward to coming back and exploring Verona (when im not sick)

Spacious comfortable apartment, close to Castelvecchio. Quiet

Very near to the castle. Many things around. Street beside but very calm. Find a place ( blue one line ) near to the hotel. Staff was kind.
The bathroom in the ground floor : impossible to open the windows ( smell very bad otherwise) . The view at parking level ..do not allow you to open those windows..
