The location is great, not far from Porta Nuova station and with quick access to the centre. There are restaurants and bars nearby. The air conditioning was welcome, it meant we could manage the temperature without having the window open and having noise from the street. We slept very well. The shower water pressure is good.
There was a problem with the door locks. Our door handle fell off on the inside of our room and we wasted a lot of time trying to lock it as the key would only work in one little spot. The bathroom lock was the same. The manager said she knew about it when we told her. I think they both need replacing.

La ubicación es muy buena, se puede llegar caminando desde la estación de trenes y de allí ir a pie hasta el centro de la ciudad o la Arena di Verona. Incluso de noche, saliendo tarde de la Arena, la calle es iluminada para regresar luego del espectáculo. La habitación estaba muy limpia y ordenada, al igual que el baño. Enfrente del lugar hay un supermercado abierto hasta las 10pm lo cual es muy conveniente para comprar comida o bebidas durante la estancia.
Lo único que puede ser considerado como crítica es que el aire acondicionado y el televisor tienen la luz de encendido y se nota durante la noche. Si se es muy sensible a la luz, es recomendable llevar los tapaojos. De resto no tengo mas nada que pueda ser catalogado como negativo.
