Giulia was super responsive on WhatsApp and even sent me restaurant suggestions in the area. Room was immaculately clean with good quality sheets and towels. A nice touch to have access to coffee and fridge outside the room. Really great also to have cushions available to borrow to use at the Arena opera. So handy! Also it was really helpful that they allowed me to leave my bag for a few hours after check out -hugely appreciated. And they waited for me to come and collect it… thank you! I would happily recommend this place and it’s in a fantastic location in the centro storico.
I booked a room with a shared bathroom. For one person the price was a little expensive not to have a bathroom. I did have to wait a little to use the bathroom as it was occupied when I was trying to access it. That said, it is only shared with one other room so I think I was a little unlucky. Also I had a double room and it was immaculate. The price would have been perfect for 2 people but a little pricey as I was alone. The online check-in system wasn’t working for me but they let me just send my passport details. Overall the positives of this place far outweigh the negatives. I would certainly stay again, ideally in the room with its own bathroom if I could get it (though possibly then not on my own as higher price I think)

The elevator door was a bit faulty, but service had already been called to repair.

Camera pulita e ordinata con lo stretto necessario per trascorrere un paio di giorni. La posizione ottima,a poca distanza dall’arena e da ristoranti e bar. Dalla stazione ci si arriva in pochi minuti.
La televisione sul comò faceva da arredamento in quanto non collegata ad alcun cavo. Bagno in condivisione.

Posizione eccellente appartamento pulito cucina grande
Bagno veramente piccolo senza bidè e soprattutto senza acqua calda x 4 persone Non caricava il boile dopo solo una doccia le altre 3 persone acqua fredda . L hostess non ci ha comunicato che non si potevamo entrare nel centro x scarico bagagli quindi abbiamo preso multa
$$$$
