The hotel stay was very good and the staff was also very nice.I booked with my family and we all loved it.And our stay was very comfortable.
The only thing was that the TV wasn't recharged. I felt a little bad about that because I had the child with me and watched cartoons.

The location of the hotel is excellent - you get a beautiful view right from your room. Mall Road is just a short walk away, which is very convenient. The hotel staff is extremely cooperative, especially the restaurant staff (Amit) and the lady supporting him - they were always smiling and genuinely caring. The food was okay, but the rooms were clean, and the housekeeping staff was prompt and helpful whenever we needed their assistance.
The front-desk staff is good, but I would suggest they smile and interact more. Perhaps they've been in this field for a long time and feel bored doing the same thing repeatedly with every new guest.

Value for money accommodation. Staff is very welcoming and helpful. Walking distance from Hadimba Temple and Mall Street. Rooms are heated as well. Good internet facilities.

I liked the hotel location. It is near to Hidimba temple. Like food too.
Registration counter team was not good. They were not helpful to us. We managed pick up & drop by our self. No help from hotel for any travel
