Almost everything
The singers during the evening hours play music so loud that the rooms above the dining area becomes tonally unlovable because the rooms are not sound proof.

Nothing great about the property.
Overpriced & very old hotel. Needs major renovation. 2 suite rooms were booked but rooms had very bad odour & furniture is very outdated. Seepage on bathroom wall with paint sticking out. Needs major renovation.
