è stato il miglior soggiorno che io abbia mai fatto, tutto super pulito, attenzione per il cliente, impegno nel soddisfare anche le esigenze che scindono dal compito di host, molto piu che soddisfatto.

non posso lamentarmi di nulla, in 4 giorni di soggiorno, dove mi hanno presentato collaboratori e persone a cui si appoggiano per i servizi, è stato tutto impeccabile, mi dispiace solo che non abbiamo trovato disponibile il loro centro massaggi per via dell'over booking, ma ci hanno prontamente presentato una alternativa, testata con noi per la prima volta dove non ci hanno trattato benissimo MA NON E' ASSOLUTAMENTE DIPESO DA LORO, ANZI HANNO FATTO DEL LORO MEGLIO.

Schöne Zeit in einem verzaubernden Riad in Marrakesch

Das Riad Puchka hat eine gute Lage in der Nähe des Viertels Ben Saleh. Man kann den großen Platz "Jma el Fna" zu Fuß gut erreichen und sich dabei in den verschiedenen Souks verlieren. Das Riad bietet ein süßes Frühstück mit verschiedenen Brot- und Gebäcksorten sowie Marmeladen an. Unserer Meinung nach komplett ausreichend, da man sich unbedingt auf die verschiedenen Leckereien in den Cafes und Restaurants Marrakeschs einlassen sollte. Wir haben mit einer Zwischenpause 5 Nächte im Riad Puchka verbracht und hatten zwei verschiedene Zimmer, die sauber waren. Das Personal reinigt die Zimmer jeden Tag und ist sehr bemüht, auf Wünsche der Gäste einzugehen. Bad und Toilette sind in den Zimmern, in denen wir waren getrennt gewesen, was super ist! Die Zimmer haben eine Klimaanlage, was für Reisezeiträume im Sommer sehr wichtig ist. Das Personal im Riad ist sehr freundlich! Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und haben uns während unseres Aufenthalts sehr wohl gefühlt. Für unsere Zwischenpause für eine Wüstentour haben die Betreiber netterweise sogar Lunchpakete für uns vorbereitet. Außerdem wurden wir auch hinsichtlich Touren und eines Wellnessprogramms in einem Hamam beraten und haben das Angebot wahrgenommen. Rundum ein super Service! Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit im Riad Puchka.

In einem der Zimmer funktionierte die Lüftung im Bad leider nicht.

Enchanting experience, Marrakesh is a gem!

Beautiful riad in the classic Moroccan style. staff were attentive, especially Zacaria, an absolute gem of a man . Always willing to go out of his way to help.

A tad far from the main Square, but the walk to the Square is pretty incredible, so not bad at all .

Great decor, good value, ok location.

The pool and architecture are lovely, the room and beds were comfy. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. The roof terrace is nice with two sun loungers. Wifi is good. Aircon worked fine.

The showers were handheld which was a pain as you had to hold it while showering. The location is a bit tricky to find as with all Riads, better signage would be good. The location is a bit further than the other Riads we stayed but it has a larger courtyard to make up for it.

Amazing

Amazing stay in Marrakech, the Riad was super nice and pretty. The staff was always super helpful and kind. Also the location was great, around a 10 minute walk to the big square. We really enjoyed the pool in the hot afternoons as well as the rooftop terrace. Thank you!

I would recommend it as it felt like a traditional Moroccan experience.

The Riad has a traditional Moroccan feel which is awesome. There is a rooftop patio but it's quite small and the pool is a little small too. However it's pretty to look at in the center of the hotel. The room was also traditional Moroccan style. The bathroom was a little dated but it was fine. The location was maybe 10 minutes walk to the center of the Medina. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They even had a very affordable laundry service, where they will wash and fold your clothing.

The Riad is very hard to find so we had to take photos on our way out so that we could find our way back at night. There are no street signs and no sign for the Riad on the street.

Perfectie j

It was a fantastick stay. Zacharias and Ibrahim where super host for us. When you ask something , they realise it direct on a perfect way. Nothing is to much. Both guys are there 24 ours a Day for you. The lady from houskeeping cleans every Day your room on a perfect way. Breakfast is preparing and servid by a very Kindly lady and gifs you a perfect start of the Day with heren delisch Breakfast and here smile. Our advice, when you go to Marrakesch this as the place to be.

Really great authentic riad to stay in!

I got lost looking for the riad as Google location is not accurate. The staff prepared tea as soon as I arrived and even helped me get my stuff to the rooftop where my room was. It was really spacious and is complete with hair dryer. The bed was really comfortable. And the breakfast were really good. The staff were really kind and friendly as well.

Marvellous place, great hospitality - more like 4 star!

We were so well looked after by Abrihim and Zechariah. They helped us find excellent tours, made sure we were very comfortable in the rooms, provided delicious filling breakfast - especially the fresh orange juice - and checked throughout the week we had whatever needed. We were able to relax on the courtyard when tired, and fresh mint tea was brought to us. Rooms cleaned daily, and fresh towels every day. Like staying with friends, our hosts made us so welcome, and we had a marvelous time.

The king size bed was huge, and comfy - but very low to the ground. That minor thing didn't detract from the numerous fantastic things we enjoyed.

Nice, clean rooms. Staff was always there to help. We booked 4 excursions and a camel riding with boss. Good price. He just wrote all on a small paper. And I gave money. I was a bit sceptical, but everything worked out just fine. To my biggest surprise everything was on time. +- 2 minutes. All transfers and drivers, that pick you up at hotel.

My request for lactose free milk got lost somewhere, but son was more than happy with fresh orange juice at breakfast instead.. Location is a bit scary, if you go out at night.

Nothing really ..ok for people who don't care about cleanliness..looks the biz on the photo..but we wanted to run ..but being a British not a thing to do . Traveled back strate in the shower a good long one at that..please don't put on booking.com gives you a bad taste.

Not happy about the service.

The rooms were comfortable and had a good size. It was clean.

We’ve booked a airport shuttle for the morning, but there was no one who could have let us outside of the house to go to the cap, even thought we’ve agreed on that. We’ve asked many times to be sure that were on the same page with that. It was becoming very urgent that we had to leave but the door was closed, so we couldn’t. since our plane was about to leave soon, we were getting VERY nervous. After a long while we’ve finally reached someone and we finally could go to the airport. Definitely not satisfied at all! And I can add to that, that beforehand, I’ve received plenty of messages from the service point via this app which were saying that I should book their shuttle service since the regular taxi drivers would demand too much money for their services. This was already kind of annoying. Maybe I’ve should not have listened to them …

Magical place

We really liked our stay in Riad Puchka. We were in room on last floor so we had nice terrase. Staff is amazing and very helpful, Ibrahim especialy. He helped us with everything we needed, booked us all tours, reserved restaurants and taxi for us everyday. Riad is in old part of Marrakech, near main square but we felt very safe and hotel staff always helped us and accompanied us when we went out in the night.

Internet was not so good ☹️ But as we learned later, it is like that in all old parts of Marrakech

Meets expectations, correct price, I recommend.

- I chose this Riad for my group of 7 adults. This was not an easy task when trying to satisfy all the criteria. - The room we selected was perfect for our small group needs. Spacious enough and generally speaking, confortable. Brekafast was good and overall we were satisfied. I believe the price was correct, I also believe the information presented on Booking.com (including the score) is consistent with the reality. - The area is not far from the main square and other attractions in the Medina. - For those who are looking for *Parking*, there is a private parking not so far from the riad location. You can park your car there in that secure parking. The parking is marked 'Rdv 1' on Google Maps and is next to 'Mohammed 5 Lyceum'. The area is busy so don't be overwhelmed when driving there; act as you belong.

- The staff is sending some rather alarming / aggressive messages before arriving at the accommodation (prompting to book a taxi with them otherwise something bad might happen). I think most of the travelers I met who visited Morocco do not appreciate this kind of approach.
