The restaurant was delicious
the staff were extremely kind, they upgraded our room after hearing about our last hotel which was a scam AND they allowed us to check in early! highly recommend

Nice property and very spacious rooms with spacious bathrooms. Located in the leafy Former French Concession which we loved. Metro station exit next door and opposite which was excellent. Breakfast is ok and staff generally helpful.
Rooms needed updating in parts - wallpaper had stains. The pool looks very municipal. Note only the king bedrooms face the inner courtyard. We needed 2 beds but these face the road.

Central location, sizable room, large swimming pool with children’s section which is family friendly
The hotel room facilities are a bit old and tired, the smart toilet smells odd. Breakfast was average vs the 5 star hotel standard in Shanghai and there’s no bar in the hotel which was a disappointment given that they have so many foreign guests. With the same money we enjoyed better service from other 5-Star hotel chains in Lujiazui…
