Really central in a fantastic district. Loads of coffee shops and restaurants minutes away. Very safe and secure!
Nothing, all good

The room was big, super nice decorated and a full kitchinette. The check-in/check-out process was super easy.
Our room was in a first floor facing the street. Despite it had double-insulated windows, it was noisy, in particular at night.

The location, cleanliness and responsiveness of the owner and staff.
The lack of adequate lighting. Also, based on the listing on Boooking.com, I was thought I had booked a hotel, so I was a bit surprised that there was no on-site staff or concierge.

Fantastic location near the sant angelo bridge. Shops, bakeries, restaurants, bars, atm all in 5 min walk. Everything else in Rome easily reachable.
Stylish studio apartment that made great use of space.
It felt luxurious with bath robes and slippers, a big leather armchair, and very comfortable bed. High quality bathroom and toiletries. It was wonderfully quiet at night too.
The only thing that could have been better is stronger light in the kitchenette (which is a separate little room). It was quite dark in there which is not ideal - or safe- if preparing food.
