I was in one of four and chose the back room as I’m a light sleeper. I did try the front room on the lane side and it was fine but because of being sensitive the back room was perfect. As a solo traveller the suite was extremely safe and well equipped. I was able to prepare a meal if I wanted. There was also use of a washing machine and dryer - great if in Rome for 5 nights. Tastefully decorated and owner very responsive.

Location is very good. Close to main attractions and public transport. Lovely area with restaurants all around. We arrived very early and stored our luggage 50m away in storage place. Building has a lift. Good air conditioning. Little balcony area is lovely to sit at and look at street outside. There is a washing machine in foyer area for shared guests. Kitchen facilities were good although no instant coffee or milk provided but there were tea bags and pod coffee. Bed was comfortable. Place was clean.
I didn’t like that we had to take our rubbish down to the street.
