One of the best hotels I’ve ever been to. The room was very spacious and modern, the beds were very comfortable, the shower was perfect and the facilities in general were excellent. We had dinner and breakfast and both were phenomenal. Very very recommended!

The evening staff and morning staff were the BEST. We had a little problem the night before. The owner took care of it right away. Before I retired, I previously traveled a lot for work all over the country while staying at a HILTON Group Hotel 45 weeks out of the year as a Diamond. This Hotel exceeded my expectations and was better than most of my HITLON experiences. We received an excellent room and love this Hotel. If I could, I would give 11 Stars.

Very friendly and helpful receptionists. Clean rooms, but no aircon.
Basic rooms and facilities, overpriced breakfast (boiled eggs being the only hot option, despite being €22 per adult!). The restaurant food itself was really nice in the evening, but service was very slow - and, when we complained, the owner was completely disinterested.
In Winter, the location next to the cable car is probably great. In Summer, it’s in the middle of nowhere, to the side of a large empty carpark. One bus per hour into town, none back and you have no chance of finding a taxi back after about 4 pm - no option but a 30 min walk up the mountain to get back every night.
