The room is very big, clean, and with a very nice balcony. It is very close to the arena and old town, therefore very good positioned. A surprisingly good and diverse breakfast for Italian style. Michael was very helpful and nice.
Bathroom outside the room with bad air circulation. The shower was full of mold, same for the showerhead too. Toilet seat instable, not fixed to the floor.

Location is superb. We didn't use any transport. Also have a supermarket in 100m. Pretty good balcony, we really used it in morning and evening. Breakfast is not awesome but good. Polite staff. We had no reserved parking, but have a luck to pay only 2 euroes for our car parking for Saturday till 20:00 and then nigth and whole Sunday are free in Verona.
I wouldn't rate the mattress and breakfast very highly - just average.

Well situated between Porta Nuova Station and the historic centre, which is only 10 minutes away Michael, the host, is very pleasant, he even met us outside and took us to our room. He is extremely helpful. Good breakfast, plenty on offer. It's on the 6th floor (there is a lift), so you have a view. Comfortable bed, a large room. You can help yourself to drinks in the communal kitchen any time. Note that this is a B&B, not a hotel, so there isn't a 24 hour reception. (Once Michael has finished his work, he goes home!) Also note that if you have the private bathroom option, it's situated across the corridor.(Not a problem for us, but as you might meet other guests in the corridor you may want to think about wearing something!)
The window blind in our room was very heavy.. Herculean muscles are needed to raise it, and heat resistant gloves needed to lower it if you're holding the cord as it comes crashing down. Be careful. Otherwise, fine.

Very friendly and helpful employee
One of the beds was very bad. The 2 people could feel the coil spring in their back. They didn’t sleep that well because of that.
