A lovelly stay in a beautiful resort , additionally a great team of people there doing there best to make you so welcome

The villa was very spacious, with large garden and sea views. The resturants served excellent food with very good service. Honestly all the staff were so friendly, it was a joy.

Superb

The breakfast was amazing. Pool was great. Staff were amazing (especially at Bambou). The villas were exception - outdoor shower especially. Spa service was very nice.

The beach itself (besides the private island beach which doesn't have much amenities on it) is not the best. The food at the sushi place was not good at all and they messed up our order.

The staff are really polite and helpful. They all knew my name was a really nice touch

The resort is a little out of the way. As such you needed the hotel to book you cabs which cost at least 6000 rupees

Buggy service is a joke, during arrival after check in no buggy so we had to walk to our villas and during check out they came late to pick us

Especial thanks to Manager Dorabell who make our stay more comfortable and try to change our villa to better one do you to a lot of issue in the first one Restaurant was so delicious Pool view activity everything nice

Staff especially in reception not welcoming and not helping at all Nothing provided for you as guest without payment for example i ask for package to include breakfast or upgrade they refuse unless to pay 48 Euro per person per day and finally we surprise with below average quality buffet

The large property and the overall feel of the place

Unheated pool in my villa, and house keeping were very bad. Its hard to find a restaurant reservation even though tables are empty

Lovely

Very quiet and peaceful ,trip to the private island.

Very far from the city , the road to the resort very difficult. Reception need to be more professional. Prices are high compared to local prices.

I didn’t have a good experience with the resort restaurants and the room service food as the restaurant was very expensive with not delicious food the Italian restaurant you will pay more than 300 USD and the main course will be very very little food you can finishing on one time ( one main course price around 60 - 80 USD) ., the room service food was very expensive and not delicious if you order burger its will be 80 USD and the pizza not fresh it’s a frozen pizza with bad taste and presentation . it’s a first time in all restaurants and hotels i paid around 40 USD for one of salad !!???

The location was good. However, the spread could have been better

The gala dinner was very poorly organised. Was not value for money. the brunch organised the next day was much better. The service was very poor throughout! The bar at the hotel would shut down fairly early. Even while cycling through the resort it was not comfortable at all, as there was not enough space for a buggy and cycle to go through the same route. I have stayed at four seasons in bali, seychelles and london. However, this is the only four seaons that did not match my expectations at all.
