Beautiful vista

A fabulously located property with a beautiful waterfront. Best part is the private access to Ile aux Cerfs. Nice overall feel of the place.

The small pool in the suite the buple and heating were not working. The hot water stop twice during our stay . Bad maintenance.

Exceptional place, you feel as if in a luxury botanical garden. The room (Junior Suite) and all the facilities were impeccable. The service too, food really good except for the Trattoria pizza - I prefer the Roman style (thin and crunchy) and this one was thick and really heave in the stomach. It was nice to have the shuttle to Île aux Cerfs where Anahita has the best beach on the Island. Swimming in the sea was possible on Île aux Cerfs (even if no marine life) but at the mainland beach. Golf clubs at the Resort and Île aux Cerfs are amazing.

It would be good to have something where you can hang the wet cloths, swimming costumes to let dry. This was missing in the room. There were areas where you could feel a terrible smell - I guess from the sewage system.

This plase is fantastic. The room was big, well equiped and very clean. But the heart of this hotel is a restaurant. Breakfasts were delicious and plenty to choose from. Dinners were beyond anything I expected. I highly recommend taking halfboard, since the dinners are truly worth the extra cost. I must also say that we were all very impressed by the proffesional and super kind staff. They are very friendly and always checking on your comfort. Even the location of this resort is perfect. They have a boat that takes you on a lovely beach on a nearby island. It's magical. If you travel with teenagers make sure you book a family golf lesson for beginners. First hour is gratis and then if you like it you can book extra lessons. Lots of fun and a great laugh!

1- Friendly Staff: (They are treating us like family not guests) - Malaine, superb welcoming and has helped us room services locations for my family. - Vinaye, cheerful guy and always around for giving best services in beach, swimming pool, restaurant and provide refreshments all the times with no issues. ((Best of the best)) - Soon, give us special offers and wonderful occasions with my family during breakfast, launch, and dinner. He pays attention on every request even it's not in the menu he'll bring it to you. Really appreciated. - Anish, very responsive and will sort out for any issues in the room even he was welling to change room locations when got some maintenance noise around the room. - Norbir, all concierge services has met my needs in renting car, taxi, and even he bring us a specialist doctor to our son when he was sick. 2- the rooms and beach locations are lovely and clean air with little cold breeze which is best atmosphere during summer. 3- many activities for the family Kids club, golf, tennis, ski boats, gym, bicycle, swimming pool, swim beach.

Market shops in the hotel are very rude and very expansive and always they saying we are not working from hotel and we preferred cash if span will increase the price. You need to rent a car before going to the report since the location is very far from markets and shops.

Good resort and friendly staff, We enjoyed the beach activities

The only “area of improvement” is the windows in our suite require maintenance, the sound of winds was little bit noisy.

Great service, great accommodation, Dinner was highly priced above normal rates.

Breakfast was exceptional, and location was great with easy access to both the Anahita Golf Coarse and Ile Aux Cerf

Anahita felt more like a Residential accommodation which serves well for holiday makers. It was setup beautifully however not a typical resort feeling.

The staff were amazing, they will go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. The resort has great facilities apart from the Golf courses, including Tennis courts. There is a complementary boat transfer to the nearby island Ile aux Cerfs, where there is a nice private beach with good quality food.

The resort is located in the eastern part of the island where it can get windy during the season.

A beautiful property, very courteous staff but located on the wrong side of the island.

The staff were amazing, the facilities were always clean even during some windy days.

The location is quite far from any places of interest or shopping in Mauritius. Both the public and the private swimming pools are not heated so they are unusually during the winter months.

bad experience

weather was nice during July

comparing to the price i paid for this property, it has no value for money. Apartment was not clean, we waited more than 20 minutes to have warm water for shower, they use solar energy for water heating and it works poorly. We had half board package but the food was not tasty. I rented a car through Anahita and paid in cash, few days later someone called me from the resort asking me to pay again, then he wanted me to pay for gas while it was filled as i took it. Me and my family didn’t feel comfortable staying there.

A Larg size apartments, free cart transportation between the resort facilities. Larg green landscape, good for people who likes to play golf and ride bikes. Boat transportation to a private beach at ill ceruf island The restaurant chief was accommodating and welcoming,afford to prepare any kind of food if we don't like the cuisine

The inreior and apartments design is below 5 star standred First day the lady who welcome us told me she will walk me through the suite facilities the only thing she showed me is the fridge and coffee capsules, she literally said that if you use any thing you have to pay and you have 2 coffee capsules per day otherwise you have to pay for extra. The can rent bikes for 3 hrs free but all of the are big for average size females, kids bike are without training wheels. Nice swimming pool but empty all the time as its not heated, l think this should be a basic thing in 5 star resort, beach area is small. The location is far from all attractions Bottom line l think this place is nice if you need to stay away from city , don't visit it July as it's cold and windy. I would rate it as 4 star rather than 5 star.
