The whole environment is very pleasant, secure, beautiful. Food is of high quality and well presented in all the catering options available. When presenting a problem to the appropriate department, action was quickly and efficiently taken to remedy the problem.
Cleanliness was not up to standard in the bedroom. When you looked deeply, the shower had mold on the ceiling, the WC were not properly cleaned. At one stage, we arrived at the SPA and were told the sauna and Hammam were not working without providing information on when it would work again. No alternative given.

Property is huge. Private beach which pretty common in Mauritius. Heated pools . Room Size.Plenty of Resturants. courteous staff.
Rooms are little outdated , furniture is wore out. Sofa cum Bed were not comfy changed it couple of times.We even changed the room as the earlier room given Air Condition, fan and couple of lamps were not working.House keeping is not at par. They need training. Once the House keeping guy just barged in the room with his master key , while we were taking nap in afternoon. Did complained it though.
Beach had pretty big stone/ gravels hard to walk on.
