The views of the ocean from the lobby, dining room and rooftop pool were fantastic!
Found a few dead coacroaches that probably came through the small bathroom window since it was slightly open. The distance the end of bed to opposite was very narrow maybe less than two feet. Very small bottles of shampoo and no place in bathroom to place personal hygiene items. Lastly, the air conditioning unit rattled when fully functioning, but other than that I would return due to the location, hotel parking and friendly staff!

All was good. Breakfast was good. Room was small but it was due to fitting a king bed in it, which was very nice. Staff were pleasant and helpful.
I hate staying at hotels that insist on photocopying my I.D. It puts me at such a risk for identity theft. I understand that they have to see my ID in order to verify that I am me, but copying it is an infringement. I reluctantly allowed the front desk to do so this time but frankly I won't stay twice at any place that insists on doing this, as Best Western does.

Breakfast was wonderful, but there could be variety from day to day. Serving staff and front desk staff were amazing. So was the cleaning stafrf
The website showed that the room would have a mini bar, fridge, and microwave. When I asked about this at the front desk, I was told that it would cost about $30 Canadian per night. Did not deliver what was advertised.
