The pool closing at 9 was annoying as this is a vacation hotel, staff was friendly, and los very clean

Is that with you but I cannot say enough about the hotel. I was looking at the photographs that I took and also the photographs online I was just floored. I mean, I shared it on social media to my friends but unbelievable. I really really really like it do you need a kitchen? I’ve been staying in place with the kitchen, but I’m not really cooking so the beauty and serenity of this place is rare and priceless so that’s what I gotta say and anyway you’re thinking about staying just do it just do it even if it’s just for a couple of days to get your feet wet just do it you will not be retiring.

Absolutely fantastic. It’s a calm beautifully designed locker Hitel. So comfortable unlike any other I’ve stayed in . I’ve been only staying in hotels and ships for 5 years straight Casa Lulu is my favorite . The view the serenity the staff it’s all wonderful

The staff was nice and willing to help, and the property itself was comfortable. I stayed in the Cactus room, which doesn't have a view. Unfortunately, my TV wasn’t working (they didn't offer anything besides we are sorry), there were too many mosquitoes inside the room, and the housekeeper didn’t change the bedding, which I felt needed to be done since I stayed for three nights.
Here are a few details to consider if you want to stay here:
- The property is located in a rural area, so there are no amenities nearby, such as supermarkets or stores.
- It is close to downtown Mazatlán (Centro de Mazatlán).
- The walking distance to various attractions depends on how much you enjoy walking; most places are around a 15-minute walk and involve some hills.
- Be sure to bring your own mosquito repellent.
- The noise level is moderate.
- The bed is extremely comfortable.
- The staff is nice and helpful.
