Hotel staff helped me with parking and finding laundry facilities. Always friendly to talk to. I needed to extend my stay 4 nights and the owner accommodated me.
There is construction on the kitchen which can be noisy. No hot water one morning but there was a storm overnight. Related? Internet was flaky at times, in and out but good speed.

Location location especially on Friday/Saturday when Plazuela Machado comes to life… Staff was amazing, Laura from F&B and Katia front desk were just amazing.
One of the morning crew was noticeably not happy to be there, was a bit rude so I went and had breakfast next door…

I recently stayed at this property located in Mazatlán’s historic district, just steps away from the vibrant Plazuela Machado. This charming square, established in 1837, is a cultural hub surrounded by restaurants, galleries, and the Ángela Peralta Theater . The location was ideal for exploring the city’s rich history and lively atmosphere.  
Everything was within walking distance, including the Mercado Pino Suárez, a bustling market that has been serving locals since 1900 . The area is filled with diverse dining options, making it easy to enjoy authentic local cuisine. 
The property itself was modern and impeccably clean. The staff provided excellent service, always attentive and helpful. Their hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. 
I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Mazatlán. It’s a fantastic place that combines comfort, convenience, and a touch of history.

Window opened on to a walkway. No drinking utensils offered nor toilet tissue. Soap was limited to two small cakes of soap and a small amount of shampoo for five days
